HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?

Comfort will willingly refund within 30 days (Not 14 days as per Consumer Protection Law).   if you change your mind within 30 days, or if the product is defective or does not conform to the specifications on the website, You can simply return the product by following these simple steps:

  • Sign In
  • Go to My Orders
  • Open the last order by clicking on "Order Details"

HOW CAN YOU EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT?

You can exchange the product within 30 days if the product still in its original packing and not used.
You should pay the shipping cost.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN PRODUCTS

If you decide to return the product, you will need to provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
  • Reason for the refund in accordance with the terms and conditions (see conditions in the table below)
  • Refunds are made in the same way as payment.


Please contact customer service within 24 hours in case you receive a damaged / incomplete order or damaged during shipping. In this case, all products will be refunded in addition to free gifts.

If all products are not returned, the full refund will be rejected.

We will check the product to be refunded. If no damage is found as a result from misuse, the value of the product will be refunded in the same way as purchase payment method.
The product will be inspected and will be refunded within 3-5 working days of receipt of the returned product. If during the inspection process the product to be refunded does not comply with the reason stated in your order, the value will not be refunded and the product will be returned to the customer.

HOW TO SEND THE PRODUCT?

We will arrange a date for receipt of the product to be returned within 3 working days of submission of the application. And will try to receive it from you a maximum of two times in two different days. If we are unable to receive the product within the specified time, we will cancel the return request.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF THE REQUEST?

You can follow the status of the refund using the follow-up number you receive from the customer service team or by following the order and then selecting "My Orders" and finally clicking on the "Order Details" selected.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO INSPECT YOUR PRODUCT?

The quality inspection process normally takes 3 business days and may be up to 5 working days. Followed by a refund of the product after the quality inspection team has completed its work.
